Solopreneur or surrounded by a team?

Often, the answer to ‘scaling’ and building your business is to build a team? But what if you feel resistance to growing and having a team and feel more aligned remaining a solopreneur .
Let’s troubleshoot a few areas of your chart where you might be feeling resistance to growing, and may prefer to remain a solopreneur;
Many business owners are much better suited to being their own boss and choose soloprenuership not just because of the freedom and potential, but because it simply doesn’t suit us to be managed, or work permanently in a group environment.

You’re a line 5
[This will be listed in your chart under your 'Profile']
The Heretic / Mentor profile is a born leader and you are designed to universalise and share what you know. The 5th line draws in people who need this knowledge, at the same time it attracts projections and people can tend to put line 5’s on a pedestal. Being a group can make you more prone to the impact of these projections and not being able to meet the expectations of others can be very destabilising for you. For a line 5, your power lies in your leadership - you get to choose who chooses you.
You’re a single definition
[This will be listed in your chart under your 'Definition']
Single definitions are designed to operate independently of the energy of others. They are self contained and self reliant and process information very quickly. Whilst you may still love the people you work with, if you are a single definition you might get frustrated with being required to work in a group or collaborate when you haven’t used your strategy and authority correctly.
You have a lot of individual circuitry
If the channels you have defined are mostly individual your gifts are focussed on empowering you as an individual and designed to bring forth YOUR uniqueness. With a lot of individual circuitry in your design you might tune out to whats going on around you, preferring to get lost in your own process and world.

You have gate 45 or 21 defined [or the whole channel]
Gate 45 is the gate of the Gatherer and this gate has the qualities of immense leadership. The gift is Synergy, and the shadow is Dominance. Working in a group setting, and not being the leader will be challenging given your natural authority.
Gate 21 is the gate of the Huntress and at its highest frequency you are in control of situations whilst still being in integrity with your authority with out pushing and forcing. The gift is Authority, and the shadow is Control. You don’t like being told what to do or having people watch over your shoulder
21:45 - The Channel of Money - a design of a Materialist
You can get frustrated if you are in a position with no autonomy or feeling held back. this channel is very driven and independence is a cornerstone of your success. You do your best work when you are your own boss and may find it difficult to rely on others.
You’re a non Sacral type
Manifestors, Projectors and Reflectors are going to feel a lot less comfortable with working in close proximity to others or in a small business group setting permanently. For shorter bursts of time they can be incredibly impactful leveraging the sacral energy around them, but they don’t have the lasting stamina to keep up with the group in a traditional 9-5 setting.
Once you’re in the energy of more than one other, you are then dealing with a group [Penta] dynamic which is Generative, and conditions everyone to function as a Generator. This energetic environment is not natural for a non sacral. Reflectors particularly need to surround themselves with the correct energy and environments.
If you feel resistance to growing your business by bringing on more people to handle the sheer volume of work, look at where this misalignment might be coming from in your chart. Please note, I’m not saying DON’T build a team to scale your business. I’m shedding some light on why many of us are simply not drawn to this model of business.
